September 22, 2004: This book has given me a new lease on life. It moved slow for me at first, but you need that ground floor knowledge. I've lost weight following the program and have tons more energy. For those of us with chronic medical conditions, we seek solutions any where we can. This has been a solution for me.

August 08, 2001: I felt great in a matter of days. I had more energy and clarity. This book is easy to read and apply. The menus are easy to follow. The recipes were also surprisingly good and easy. I really liked the Sunshine dessert.
