    September 07, 2008: Although, I thought our sex life was great before.... after reading this book together, my wife and I are experiencing, just as the title says 'the highest degree of pleasure possible'.     August 03, 2008: I've met many men who have the attitude of 'I got this' when dealing with the subject. The truth? No, you don't?
