      Synopsis

The classic Christmas story tells of an adorable little angel who just cannot stay out of trouble in the celestial city. When the Christ child is born, the mischievous angel learns the timeless lesson of giving, a lesson that has long endured as the true spirit of Christmas.

      Annotation

An earth-sick little angel newly arrived in the celestial kingdom finds his recent transition from boy to cherub a difficult one.

      Publishers Weekly

The board book edition of The Littlest Angel pares back Charles Tazewell's text for the 1946 original, about a cherub and his present to the Son of God; illustrated with new, cartoonlike watercolors by Rebecca Thornburgh.

December 19, 2007: I got this book from my dad and is one of the few fond memories I have of him and enjoyed reading it. I lost the book I use to have, but I would love to owe it again.

December 11, 2007: This was my first book i ever recieved. I use to sleep with it on my pillow at night cuz i loved it so much. I still have it and read it over and over again a lot cuz it reminds me of my childhood and it is still a wonderful book to read to a child. It's message is heart warming.
