June 20, 2009: I think the author does a pretty good job of explaining what inflammation is but I was so disappointed in the types of food she allows you to eat on this plan. Her entire system is really hard to follow and very discouraging. I would much rather follow Dr. Weil's Anti-Inflammatory Food Pyramid. It is easy to understand and very positive.
