July 19, 2008: All I have to say is: Fried Chicken and Donuts. Being gluten free is easy for me, since I have no more pain now. But,it was hard giving up some things, and going to Dunkin' Donuts for a coffee made me weep. Weep no more, all the comfort foods are here. Not that you should eat fried chicken every day but still... yum :)

November 24, 2007: This cookbook uses easy to obtain, and easy to use ingredients. The look and taste of the foods are absolutely wonderful. We thought that Gluten Free eating would be tasteless and boring, but, not so with this book. It gives precise, easy to follow, and easy to do instructions. If you have room for only one gluten free cookbook, make it this one. I would be lost without it. I have yet to have even one recipe not turn out as anticipated. YUMMY!!!!!
