    Synopsis

New Document Literary agents and editors receive and reject hundreds of manuscripts every month. While it's the job of publishing professionals to be discriminating, it's the job of the writer to produce a manuscript that immediately stands out among its competition. In this book, New York literary agent and author Noah Lukeman explains how to avoid the rejection pile by making the outstanding qualities of your manuscript apparent within the first five pages.
