November 09, 2005: An excellent book that explains how and why humans interact in the way they do. By examining how we give and take energy from each other, this book explores the causes and consequences of positive and destructive types of interaction. This book also gives us insights about how we define who we are and how this influences the emotional quality of our lives. It is a thin, easy to read book but is packed with insightful information. I keep going back to it because I keep experiencing things that relate to this book everyday.

September 24, 2005: This is really one of the best non-fiction books I have ever read. It discusses how we are all made of energy and how our emotions are based on how much energy we have. It explains how we define ourselves and how and why we affiliate and interact with other people. It left me with a good sense of understanding about the many things that go on in life and a positive outlook on my personal development as well as the evolution of the human species. It is realistic in that it convincingly explains the difference between arrested development and being patient for our own development and the development of people around us. Personal growth takes time but we must stay open to the changes occuring around us. If we are in tune with our selves, we will know when to take time and when to move on. When to be patient and when to give ourselves and others a little nudge. A really excellent book.
