His companion DVD, The Dog Whisperer, has been rated the best family dog training DVD on the market. Paul lives in Los Angeles, CA.

    November 29, 2007: My neighbor loaned me his copy when I rescued a mix breed from the SPCA. I found the book to be very helpful, I like Mr. Owens approach, it is very loving and compassionate, my dog responded well and we are now doing great! Thank you so much for your help.
