    May 09, 2009: I ordered this book because I am risk for Diabetes, being recently diagnosed with Reactive Hypoglycemia, and also have Heart Disease. But even if I didn't have these health issues "The Diabetes and Heart Healthy Cookbook" is a great addition to any cook's kitchen. The recipes are easy to understand and contain ingredients easily available; and the recipes I have tried so far are tasty and satisfying.

    April 08, 2007: Being new to diabetic cooking, we bought several diabetic cookbooks. This one was far and away the best. It haa so many easy recipes, and the nutrition and exchanges are easy to follow. The recipes are so tasty that we serve food from the book for all are holidays and family gathering. We are constantly asked for the recipes and people are shocked to find out that they are from a diabetic cookbook. I recommend this cookbook to everyone. It's very family friendly too.
