Also the author of Acupressure for Common Ailments, Concise Book of the Moving Body, and many other books, he runs a bodywork therapy practice in Marlborough, United Kingdom, where he lives.

    April 20, 2009: I am a certified personal trainer and I emphatically recommend this book for all trainers at any level for reference. The color diagrams make the viewing of the origin and attachments of the muscles easy to see. In addition the muscle discussed has a reference to the vertebrae of the spine that enervates it. Finally suggestions are made to strengthen and stretch the muscle studied. This book I highly recommend for anyone that is involved with kinesiology at any level.
