    September 26, 2007: This lemonade-like blend of water, lemon juice and cayenne pepper is actually a rather popular and simple detoxification method. I've been using it for 12 days and the results are great. Of course I lost a lot of weight but that is not mine concerns. The important think is that I feel rejuvenated light and empowered. I don't only feel great physically but my mood has also improved tremendously. Staying on the program requires some will power during the first two or three days. After that it is not that difficult. I didn't feel that hungry any more, but I missed the pleasure of enjoying a meal, especially at the dinner time... As much as I like this book as a good source for general body cleansing, I find it a little one-sided. There are a number of other good cleansing methods that concentrate on specific body parts such as liver, kidneys, bones and joints, etc. A very good reference for these cleansing programs is a book titled 'Can We Live 150'. In the other book titled 'Cure the Incurable' the author focuses on home-made remedies designed to not only cleanse your body but to also fight some incurable diseases such as diabetes, cancer, etc.
