Biography

Gary Prevost is a Professor of Political Science at St. John's University and the College of Saint Benedict in Collegeville, Minnesota. He has published widely on Latin America and Spain.  His books include Politics in Latin America: The Power Game; Neoliberalism and Neo Panamericanism: The View from Latin America; The Undermining of the Sandinista Revolution; and Politics and Change in Spain.  
 
Carlos Oliva Campos
is the Executive Director of the Association for Our America (AUNA) in Havana, Cuba, and former Associate Researcher of the Center for the Study of the United States at the University of Havana.  He is an Adjunct Professor of History and Philosophy at the University of Havana.  His publications include La Situación Actual en Cuba: Desafíos y Alternativas, and Relaciones Internacionales en America Central y el Caribe durante Los Anos 80.
