A James Beard award-winning chef, Cheryl brings a flavorful and fresh approach to eating for weight loss with a special emphasis on anti-aging. She is the author of Positively Ageless: A 28-Day Plan for a Younger, Slimmer Sexier You (Rodale, 2008). Cheryl is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Napa.

November 15, 2009: I found the information and the recipes in this book very helpful. You don't have to be a fan of the show to learn some helpful changes for ones life and ones eating habits. It's a life's journey and this book will help

November 06, 2009: This book contains a lot of advice and stories about previous contestants on the Biggest Loser. Very few recipes. Not worth the money.
