    March 23, 2009: I would recommend this product to anyone that is just starting out and does not have the means or the time to hit the gym everyday. Has a great workout divided into 3 levels with 3 seperate exercises. Shows each exercise with detailed explanations. has some great recipes to try for someone just getting started on a new way of lifestyle.

    March 02, 2009: I thought that the book was very informative and motivating. It definitively goes along with the "Biggest Loser" television show. I really liked the pictures in the book which actually show what is to be done.
