September 22, 2005: The author advocates that which is common sense, and nothing 'fancy' like a get rich quick scheme. He talks about maximizing your 401k plan at work. How to find wasteful spending you can cut. How to become a better employee in order to get a raise. Home based business ideas, comments on franchises, things to explore and think about: common sense stuff. Real estate investing,in the real world, not magic late night infomercial. All together, it shows that wealth building is slow but steady process, not overnight and all together, the book sounds real, not full of non-sense ideas and full of empty promises.
