A Bland Title for One of the Great Gardening Booksby Gardening_in_Seattle

July 03, 2009: How interesting can a book on pruning & training be? Of all the books I've ever owned on gardening, this book stands far above the others. The techniques are amply illustrated with excellent photography showing the ultimate outcome of your efforts. If you want your garden to really stand out, and are willing to spend a little time spread out over a few years, there is no better book to inspire you to be a gardening artist. It also spends the appropriate amount of time on the very basics of pruning...how, why, when.

February 09, 2009: I found this book to be profoundly interested to someone who has a large orchard and garden. I will be using it as a reference book.
