March 10, 2009: The Advanced Guide To Real Estate Investing is an excellent book for anyone who has an interest in acquiring multifamily property for investment purposes. He makes it clear in his book that there is an even bigger opportunity during this economic downturn for multifamily investors more than ever before. Ken gives simple and concise explanations, as well as relevant examples of how to successfully own and manage multifamily property. He is a very intelligent individual when it comes to investing in multifamily properties and is a wealth of information.
