    February 09, 2009: I loved this book! It was easy to follow, it made sense and Cerqua added a no nonsense attitude and a sense of humor that I liked. His casual tone and to the point descriptions make his program an easy thing to do. I'm stronger than I've ever been! I loved that it's not only a fitness book. He covers what to eat, what vitamins to take without killing your wallet to NOT giving up your one cup of coffee a day. He has a realistic approach to what we can do on our busy schedules. All around great book.

    February 02, 2009: I was extremely skeptical that a 90 second exercise could make a difference until I tried to do a squat up against the wall for 30 seconds. This book has completely changed by workout routing and with much more productive results than I have ever achieved. I feel stronger, have greater stamina, spend less time on my workout, and look better. Cathy
