      September 07, 2009: If you want to lose some weight in a short amount of time--four days, to be precise--then this might just be the diet for you. I really like Dr. Ian and his advice and thought the diet was good, but maybe a tad too disciplined for me. But, I do think it will work for others who want to put in the time and effort.

      August 31, 2009: After watching Celebrity Fit Club, I was drawn to purchasing the 4 Day Diet. As a personal trainer I want my clients to learn how to achieve and MAINTAIN their fitness goals. This book attracts people because the title gives the illusion of results in 4 days.

      While I don't agree with the title, the book starts off with motivation which I believe is key to any type of diet and fitness success. **I'd highly suggest "Build Your Mind, Your Body Will Follow" by Vincent Cocilovo, which can give readers a great foundations to start off their fitness journey.

      The diet part of the book gave some great tips and ideas.

      I Also Recommend: Fat Smash Diet, Goodbye, Fatty! Hello, Skinny! How I Lost Weight And Still Ate The Foods I Loved-Without Dieting, Build Your Mind, Your Body Will Follow.
