August 19, 2002: Although this book came highly recommended it was not at all what I expected. I was looking for a book of games that I could use in the training of a new team, and one that would heelp facilitate team building. Games and Activities may be part of the title, but clearly these activities were not meant for game-type use. Each of the 38 activities involved discussion, and many had handouts that required participants to write their toughts down. I good resource if this is what you are looking for, but not if you want a book of games to help in new team development.
