    Biography

    Wayne Grudem is research professor of Bible and theology at Phoenix Seminary in Phoenix, Arizona. He previously taught for twenty years at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He holds degrees from Harvard (BA), Westminster Seminary (MDiv), and Cambridge (PhD). He is the author of a number of books and is the editor of Are Miraculous Gifts for Today? He was 1998-1999 president of the Evangelical Theological Society.

    April 21, 2007: This is a great resource on Systematic Theology 'ie: What does the Bible say about...?' This volume is masters level information in an easily readable format. I have lent it to friends who want to do in depth study of particular issues. If you are looking for an overview of what and why Christians believe what they do you will benefit by reading this book. It is a great resource for anyone's bookshelf.

    June 25, 2001: This book has been one of the most helpful books for my major in college (Christian Ministries) and for spiritual growth. It book is suitable from the common layman to the college professor. It book is so excellent that it is hard to find anything negative to say about it. This book covers the essential doctrines of the Christian faith to the current movement of the Holy Spirit.
