November 09, 2004: I already played clarinet, so I knew how to read music but when I started playing violin I started with this book. I went right through this and thanks to this method, [ and a lot of practice ] I learnt violin . I have now played violin for a little over a year and am currently first violin first chair over the whole school so follow through with these books and it will get you far.
