I ordered 2 text books and recieved order confirmation email. almost 2 weeks later had not recieved books. Went to check and found order was canceled because books were unavailable. The email subject looked like all other confirmations and I was unaware it was canceled. why are they advertising something they don't have

He is a board member of the Green Building Initiative, the Florida Green Building Coalition, and the Gulf Coast Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. He is the cofounder and chairman of the Cross Creek Initiative, Inc., a nonprofit organization established to accelerate the implementation of sustainability principles in building design, construction, and operation. He teaches and supervises master's and doctoral students who are majoring in the sustainable construction program that he developed at the University of Florida.
