August 02, 2006: This is a really informative study. Unfortunately, 17 Chapter could be brought down to maybe 10 or 12. If they took out the useless run on sentences and other things not prevalent to Police Supervision in Today's time. It would be helpful if they made the book smaller w/ more useful info. The Review questions were great.

April 23, 2004: Iannone has to take some authoratory skills, He might have been a high ranked cop way back in the 60's, but he is certainly not a fine author on 2004!! He constantly confuses you with long run on sentences. It is a shame his book is highly recognized by Administration, because a English Teacher would reccomend it to the garbage!
