February 02, 2007: If you?re stressed but too busy to read lots of these sorts of books, this is THE ONE to get for your night table. It summarizes everything you want to know about why lawyers are stressed out and what you can do realistically to improve things. The author is clearly experienced when it comes to helping lawyers and uses lots of concrete examples that will be very familiar to most attorneys. If you think you?ve heard it all before, you?ll be pleasantly surprised by the number of new ideas the book offers. It?ll make you reevaluate the way you think and feel about things in ways that most lawyers have not done before. It will change the way you behave and help you find more satisfaction in everything you do. Best of all, there is very little fluff here. The author gets to the point quickly, clearly and logically. It?s actually easy and fun to read and might even renew your faith in consultants. If you?re experiencing stress, and what lawyer do you know who doesn?t, this is really a MUST READ.
