July 16, 2007: ?Street Love? was an excellent read. This book was worthy of every cent. Five talented authors and five intriguing stories. Mo and Quan?s relationship was adoring, amusing and at times, adolescent all in one. This story certainly placed a smile on my face. I look forward to reading ?Torn?. Miss. Keisha, I do believe you've struck gold again. Danielle?s ?Allure of the Game? was quite good as well. I admired Butta?s desire to want to shield Arnessa from harm. I could fall in love with this character. Being a ?snitch? has certainly become an explosive topic of discussion in recent years. I enjoyed ?The Fink?. I felt that Phelix?s attempt to redeem himself was commendable. Quentin can write a good story. T. Style's ?Cold as Ice? was entertaining. Pepper?s foolish antics had me on pins and needles. But I?d have to say that Leo?s ?B-More Love? was my ABSOLUTE favorite. I appreciated the development of Jamal and Ashley's romance. It was engaging although I knew their relationship would be plagued with tragedy from the beginning. As far as happy endings, Leo?s story reigns supreme.
