Let's Just Say I Read the Series Through Twice in a Row, Right Awayby Anonymous

December 05, 2009: This series is probably one of the best line if books I have ever read. They just got better and better as you go on, and you can realte to the characters - even though most of them are supernatural. I spent every spare second I had reading. I was turned on to reading the books after adoring the True Blood HBO Series. I loved the series, and if any of you know how good that is, then you know how much it means when I say the books were better! Even the Twilight series pales in comparison to the Sookie Stackhouse novels.

I Also Recommend: Dead and Gone (Sookie Stackhouse / Southern Vampire Series #9).

December 05, 2009: I love all of the Sookie Stackhouse books! They are great for adults who just want to escape. If you like books with a lot of characters these are for you. Charlaine Harris is a great author and I like the 9th book (not yet included in the box set- it is not in paperback yet) just as much as the 1st book.
