Lois is the author of Response! The Complete Guide to Profitable Direct Marketing, Direct Marketing Techniques, and Customers For Keeps. She is a frequent radio and television panelist. Her "Direct Marketing Diva" column is featured in Fortune On-Line. She is an adjunct professor at New York University. She has won the Silver Apple Award for Lifetime Achievement in Direct Marketing, has received the Echo Award in direct marketing and many RSVP Awards in Canada. Lois Geller lives in Hollywood, Florida.

    March 28, 2007: I bought this book on a whim, and then read it in one weekend and did what it said. I tried a letter mailing instead of postcards and it worked. 5 new listings, one new buyer and I'm recommending this book...5 stars!
