January 14, 2007: I suffered from depression for as long as I could remember. I was hospitalized over 20 times. After I went through a DBT program that used this book I have stayed out of the hospital for three years. My longest ever! I was HUGELY skeptical of DBT but found it helped me A LOT. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who suffers from depression.
