    Annotation

The AMA defines alcoholism as a physical disease. This program treats it that way, working on the body's addictive chemistry and replacing key natural chemicals without drugs to eliminate depression, anxiety, unstable emotions, and other alcohol-induced symptoms. March 04, 2000: Valuable nutritional information included in this slim book, written by a physician after she watched her son lose his life to alcoholism. Frustrated with the available treatments she has created a great support program for anyone struggling with the process of better health habits. She debunks the theory that it is a simple matter of weakness, and addresses the varieties of physical symptoms, allergies, and remedies to nourish the system, and nurture the spirit. Little shared information about how such chemicals as those inhaled by painters, or chemical compounds, shows the little known triggers which create imbalances beyond those of alcohol. The steady process of suggestions has made my body feel a tremendous benefit where I used to feel 'lost'. The message does not blame -- rather gives a lifeline to one who is looking for ways to make improvements and regain health. I highly recommend this book, and have benefitted from it.
