May 04, 2007: Very helpful and logical. After reading my Dancing with Fear book by Paul Foxman (also a very good book in a different way) I felt I needed more. I found this book and at first bought his other one on self-coaching and after reading it, realized I needed the one for anxiety/ depression. I found this book to be very insightful and full of useful techniques to turn yourself around from anxiety or depression. The book is centered around anxiety/ depression being a learned bad habit that can be changed if we work hard at it. All if stemming from some form of insecurity and our need to be in control. Letting go is the key and he gives good ways at how we can learn to do that. I recommend this book to anyone who is tired of feeling like a victim to their anxiety or depression and who is willing to make an effort to change. The book won't change you - you have to do that, but it can help you understand that how you feel is your own doing and therefore your own undoing.
