    July 24, 2009: I did not read the Secret but found that this was a very helpful tool to be more focused on the positive things. It's a great way to remind yourself daily of the blessings we each have. I hope to share my written thoughts with my children in hopes that they too will live with an attitude of gratitude and keep their own journal.

    July 13, 2009: I found this item to be useful, and have given it as a gift many times. It is inspiring. Anyone who is familiar with the "attitude of gratitude" will find this a useful tool to help change ones mode of thinking. By using it daily, weekly or monthly, the thoughts of gratitude for every aspect of life eventually becomes a part of the way you think and lifts one to higher realms.
