Brad Schoenfeld, CSCS, is widely regarded as one of America's leading fitness experts. He is the owner of the exclusive Personal Training Center for Women in Scarsdale, New York. Schoenfeld is a lifetime drug-free bodybuilder who has won numerous natural bodybuilding titles, including the All Natural Physique and Power Conference (ANPPC) Tri-State Naturals and USA Mixed Pairs crowns.
Schoenfeld is the author of six fitness books, including 28-Day Body Shapeover and the bestseller Look Great Naked (Prentice Hall Press, 2001). March 09, 2009: I thought this was a great book. It shows you step by step how to do certain weight lifting techniques to strengthen different areas of you body. It is a great book for beginners to learn how to use the weights and also helps you set up a program designed to scult your body in the areas that are needed. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn more about sculpting their body using handweights.

August 25, 2007: I love this book!! I bought it a year ago and I have since used it, religiously!! There are pictures and explanations of many different lifts and designed workouts for different levels of fitness. I really enjoyed reading this and I often consult it to provide variation in my workout! I have been successful in meeting my goals with this purchase(weight loss and strength development). This book is definitely worth more than I paid for this a year ago!
