September 29, 2002: What makes this book standout is it?s in depth coverage of topics in terrorism and counterterrorism that are traditionally covered. It goes beyond tradition however in that it covers so much more in a variety of areas such as the theory of terrorism and technology, the group psychology of terrorism, aerosol science, sensors (one of the most complete works on chem., bio and nuclear sensors that I have seen), medical preparedness, training and homeland security infrastructure. It is thorough and timely and is written by a distinguished group
