October 26, 2009: I was recommended this book and have felt that overall, it is clear and concise. I wish it was a bit more comprehensive as it claims to be more than it is, but I think it is, overall, a good source to prepare for the NLCEX.

October 08, 2009: My class had to get an NCLEX review book to do questions out of for credit. Here's what I think about it now:
- I think the writers ran out of questions for the CD-ROM because several of the questions repeat- If you like see rationales for your answers right after you pick them like on the ATI practice tests, then you probably won't like the CD.I Also Recommend: Prentice Hall's Comprehensive NCLEX-RN Review.
