      June 25, 2009: I used this for my 3rd year medicine clerkship and I literally pulled it out every day, occasionally answering pimp points. The attendings are impressed you have such a good resource and if you can get the information quickly, you'll look that much better.

      Aside from sucking up, the book is essential to anyone who needs to treat infections without constantly irritating the ID department. It is up-to-date and comprehensive. enjoy!
