July 04, 2009: I used this book during a recent visit to Italy. Several phrases included in the book were very useful but when I went to look up individual words, more often than not they were not included which was frustrating. I would have prefered a larger dictionary at the end of the book with fewer phrases at the beginning. Organization was also frustrating. However, misc info such as how to to take a train was helpful.

May 09, 2009: Most places in the cities have employees who speak English; but on this trip we were driving through the countryside and visiting rural areas. This phrase book was invaluable for securing car repairs and accommodations in one small town.
