by Richard BrautiganExcellent book of Richard Brautigans adventures, experiences and observations of life. While some stories are better then others, it is a good read overall. November 09, 2008: If you haven't read any Brautigan, you must. A voice of the sixties, even today these books are fun and connect with the reader. Trout Fishing in America is definitely my favorite, but you should also read A Confederate General from Big Sur.
I Also Recommend: The Dharma Bums, A Confederate General from Big Sur, Dreaming of Babylon, and the Hawkline Monster.
