    Synopsis

This special just-for-teens edition builds a foundation of self-confidence from which readers can realize their dreams of financial security in an increasingly challenging and unreliable job market. Teen-friendly advice, examples, sidebars and straight talk will supplement all of Rich Dad's core advice: Work to learn, not to earn. Don't say "I can't afford it" - instead, say "How can I afford it? " And don't work for money - make money work for you! No matter how confident or "good in school" readers consider themselves to be, this makes financial intelligence available to all young people with its streamlined structure, clean design, and accessible voice.

    Publishers Weekly

Teenage capitalists may want to cash in on Rich Dad, Poor Dad for Teens: The Secrets About Money That You Don't Learn in School! by Robert Kiyosaki, with Sharon Lechter. Pitching the ideas from his adult bestseller Rich Dad, Poor Dad to a younger crowd, Kiyosaki recounts his youth and explains the origins of the book's title by contrasting his own "poor" father with his best friend's entrepreneurial "rich" father. "My dad seemed comfortable with his decision to be a `have-not,' but I knew that I wasn't." Kiyosaki encourages teenagers to analyze their learning style, offers moneymaking ideas and describes debt-related pitfalls. (Aug.) Copyright 2004 Reed Business Information.

December 08, 2008: I really enjoyed reading this book. It had a lot of vocabulary and concepts that I can relate to having money, as a teen, can be exciting but also a challenge. I learned how I could still have money in my pocket and still have money to splurge. I like how it was a fast read, very straight-forward, and short. I am not the average book worm, but this book was enjoyable. If you are struggling with the overall concept of money, this is a must read.

Also you can get an idea of how the rich people become richer every time, and the poor people get the same or sometimes worst. In a way tou can also see the actions of too different families with different economic status. But in general you can see the secret of the money that surround us all.
