      April 30, 2003: This book has changed my life and yoga practice as well as that of my students. Balancing my regular yoga class with a monthly Relax and Renew class has brought much pleasure to myself and my students. Through this practice, I have seen how allowing yourself 2 hours to do nothing but active relaxation, can bring a sense of balance and joy into your daily life, diminish pain and help heal the body. This book is beautifully illustrated and easy to follow. Students and teachers, alike, will enjoy the benefits of the teachings found within. Thank you Judith!
