Her private practice is in the heart of midtown Manhattan, where she is sought after by a wide variety of clients, including models, actors, socialites, and media personalities—primarily women ages 23 to 52. She has been in private practice for more than ten years and also served as the nutrition director for the Elizabeth Arden Spa on 5th Avenue and the FrÉdÉric Fekkai Salons and Spas.

    October 26, 2009: I needed a push to improve my diet and health with some easy steps. This book has it. Yes, it's about Raw Food however this book explains the benefits and small steps you can take immediately to get more whole, raw food into your diet starting today. The other important item in this book is about limiting the foods you mix at meals to enhance digestion which will ultimately help you loose weight. If you eat the right foods, you can eat all you want. Everyone interested in improved health, loosing weight and increasing your energy level should read this book!
