October 19, 2009: This cookbook has all the popular Thai dishes and is very easy to follow. It tells what to substitute in case you can't find an ingredient. Highly recommended for a beginning cook.

August 08, 2009: Quick and Easy Thai is exactly as it states. Those elusive recipes are no more. This book provides 70 easy Thai recipes that taste exactly like you purchased them at your local Thai Restaurant. The Pad Thai is really good.
