July 11, 2009: I am a college student and I got this book to help me with future paper writings as a reference. I wish I had gotten a bigger one but lack of money would not allow me to at the time, maybe one day. I think that this is a good resource for anyone that is a student that is going into the field of Social Work and or Psychology when you are writing a paper to reference to on some of the illnesses of depression talked about. Because it does give a more in depth explanation than maybe what a regular course book does.

April 07, 2009: As a social work grad student working in a social service agency, it was imperative that I have a copy of the DSM-IV. The quick reference is user friendly, especially because when I use it to document my client's substance and alcohol abuse problems, I don't have much time.
