November 24, 2009: This book continues with the war against good and evil. The heroine is a mixture of good and evil as most humans are. It is her strength of honor and love of the Tairen Soul who keeps her on the good path. Hopefully in the fifth and final book all will end well. I really enjoyed the dilemma shown by the eldest elf who knew what was going to happen but could not prevent or help his own relative because to do so would cause worse catastrophes. The last book is being anxiously awaited by this avid reader.

November 13, 2009: Ellysetta and Rain are wonderful characters in the book. Rain is such a strong, willful,and stubborn man. And Ellysetta is a women of protectiveness, compassion, and stubbornness. They strive to help each other battle the hardships of the darkness in their souls. The book also contains many other characters that are part of Ellysetta and Rain's journey through the trying times of both of their lives. Some of these other characters will keep you guessing as to what they will do next.The book is full of action, mystery, excitement, and emotion. I love this book and could not put it down. The Tairen souls series are well written and complete each other very well. I can not wait for the finally book to come out!!!!!!!! When you read the books you will become a fan of the fey. I definitely have become a fan of the fey.
