Great for board review and note-takingby RadsResident

September 27, 2009: This book isn't full of pictures, which is different from most radiology texts. However, it is packed with information in an organized bullet form. It's great for taking additional notes during lectures, quick referral on call or if getting questioned by attendings for differentials. Definitely better for boards and quick reference rather than a primary text.
