October 10, 2000: This anthology offers a collection of diverse short stories, each one exemplifying a different approach to the concept of point of view in fiction. Anthologized and sequenced by virtue of HOW the stories are told rather than what is told in them, this reliable text also contains great diversity of style, period, mood, and culture. An excellent tool for learning about piont of view as a reader, or for creative writing, it is also just a darn good set of stories.
