    Biography

    Denise Austin hosts and stars in Fit & Lite and Daily Workout, the #1 fitness show in America, on Lifetime Television. She's been appointed to serve as a member of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Denise has sold more than 15 million copies of her 30 exercise videos, and she's authored several fitness books, including Fit and Fabulous after 40, JumpStart, Hit the Spot!, and Lose Those Last 10 Pounds. Her column "Shape Up with Denise Austin" appears monthly in Prevention magazine.

    July 20, 2009: Picked this up to get started. Simple instructions for the beginner. Good explanation on the positions. Motivational comments throughout. Continues with more difficult positions and exercizes.

    August 04, 2005: She walks you through every aspect of the movements, including how to hold your head, back, etc. I really enjoy the exercises in this book and many of them are different than I've seen elsewhere.
