January 14, 2009: Excellent quantitative as well as qualitative review of solar cell device physics. More appropriate as a grad level textbook and presumes some existing knowledge of basic semiconductor device theory/physics. Readers looking for a more basic treatment of the topic should likely seek out the online PVCDROM.
