March 29, 2008: Excellent book. Definately wish I had it throughout my first 2 med school years,but this is a great way of truly understanding physiology if you are crunched for time. However, you do have to supplement this with Kaplan notes in some sections as it doesn't cover everything you would need to know for the USMLE Step 1. A good way of knowing what needs to be supplemented is to have First Aid to compare it too. This way you won't miss out on critical stuff.
