April 10, 2009: I got an advance copy of this book about a year ago and did not realize how good it was until my wife prepared the Passover meal with several recipes from the book. It was the most delicious Passover meal I have had. The meatloaf dish and the backed potato dish (the potato was cut like a sliced loaf of bread but with the bottom attached). Both of these dishes could be eaten anyday and not necessarily for Passover.
While preparing for the meal, my wife had brought the book to work to show some of the other women who were also preparing for the holiday and each of the women were fascinated with the book and wanted to get a copy for themselves!Reader Rating:

March 04, 2008: I have loved Passover and I have dreaded Passover - till now. Susie Fishbein has rescued me from a week of meat, potatoes and macaroons. She's created recipes that I have never seen on any Passover table - and they really are kosher for Passover. My wife just got the book and we're redoing our menus for Passover week. I love that Fishbein reworked a number of her Kosher by Design favorites to be kosher for Passover. And the new dishes look fabulous - like that Creamy Peach Soup appetizer. Some of them look like a gourmet dish you'd get at Prime Grill or Levana's in the city. We have Fishbein's other four books. This one is different - obviously. Many good recipes for people who are gluten-intolerant, by the way. We have a couple people coming to our Seder table who have issues with wheat products. This cookbook gives us all something great to eat together without feeling like we're missing anything. Way to go, Susie!
